With the Premier League’s big kick off just round the corner, Sky Sports Digital TV has secured more live games this season than ever before.

The top 3 teams will all feature in the live showcase on the first weekend, plus there is 5 top 4 head to heads in the first quarter of the season - only available on Sky Sports. In addition to these huge fixtures there will be 8 local derbies, plus all 20 Premiership clubs will be seen live in the first 4 months; quite a way to start the season!

The first of 92 live Premier League games on Sky Sports will be Arsenal vs newly promoted West Bromwich Albion on Saturday 16th August. The first Super Sunday of the season sees last years champions Manchester United play Newcastle at Old Trafford, whilst runners-up Chelsea face Portsmouth at Stamford Bridge. Plus for the first season ever all 92 televised games will be broadcast in high definition.

Sky Sport’s football season will also include 70 live matches from the Coca-Cola Football League and the end-of-season Play-Offs. Plus another 100 live games from the UEFA Champions League, matches from Spain’s La Liga, and live international football including home World Cup Qualifiers for Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Scotland and Wales.

Sky Sports also offer their groundbreaking interactive package, allowing you to change the camera angle, follow specific players, replay highlights and even change the commentary team!
