BE broadband is now offering a practical on line guide to help customers set up and maximise their home broadband. ‘Matt’s House’ will cover the 3 key areas that can be tweaked to help improve home broadband speeds without expert technical help, and these are -

  • Router set up
  • Internal home wiring
  • Use of the master socket

These funny and innovative videos are the first part of BE Broadband’s mission to deliver ‘Real World Speeds’ and help customers to increase their broadband connection. Check out the video for ‘Tweaking Router’ -

As I’m sure you’ll agree, it’s a bit different from your average self help guide! The interesting thing is, although these videos are made in a ‘jokey’ manner, the message they purvey is in fact really helpful to your broadband needs and can help increase your internet service without having to make a phone call for technical advice.

The topics were chosen thanks to BE broadband’s feedback forum, where customers asked many general questions and queries on how to improve their broadband speed, and who better to star in the videos than…

BE Broadband’s very own forum manager Matt!

The ‘Matt’s House’ guide is part of BE’s mission to deliver Real World Speed by not shaping or throttling its customers usage, offering high speeds and unlimited downloads at a cost effective price.
