Virgin Media Broadband Boosts Millions of Broadband Connections
Virgin Media Broadband has announced plans to move millions of its current 2Mb customers up to a superfast 10Mb service. The UK’s largest home broadband provider hopes to revamp their product portfolio to keep them as the pacesetter for high-speed broadband.
The 10Mb service will allow first time users to enjoy the superfast broadband experience first hand, with their new increased capacity offering -
Moving the customers from 2Mb to 10Mb is expected to take place from May onwards in what represents the largest scale upgrade to ever take place in the UK. This is all part of a Virgin’s long term plans to ensure that all customers have the ability to take advantage of the best the internet has to offer.
Chief executive of Virgin Media, Neil Berkett, said -
