t-mobileT-Mobile mobile broadband recently came top in 8 out of 15 categories in the YouGov mobile broadband survey, including being voted number one for data usage, ease of use, installation, billing and customer service. The YouGov poll, completed by over 2,000 users, saw T-Mobile finish top for the second year running. This is seen by some to be due to their fair usage billing and the fact they are the only provider not to automatically charge customers if they exceed their limit.

Head of Internet and Entertainment for T-Mobile UK, Richard Warmsley, said -

As internet access from any location continues to rise up the priority list for our customers, we aim to provide them with total freedom to check emails, surf the internet and share photos. Coming top in two consecutive rounds of YouGov research shows that customers recognise and value T-Mobile’s range of simple plans, attention to customer care and the reassurance that no matter how often they access the internet, they will never pay more than their monthly flat rate.

T-Mobile is currently offering -

  • mobile broadband and a free laptop for only £30 a month
  • 30 day free browsing from just £2 a day

With offers like these it’s easy to see why more people are ordering, and rating, T-Mobile as the number one mobile broadband provider in the UK.
