Setanta Sports are proud to announce that the FA Premier League has awarded the company live television rights to games for a further three seasons until 2013.

This new deal entitles Setanta Sports to carry on broadcasting all 23 games a season primarily shown at 5:30pm on a Saturday. Setanta maintains their current Premier League package for the remainder of the 2008-09 season and throughout the 2009-10 season, which starts this August and entitles Setanta to broadcast 46 games a season.

Setanta’s rights to televise Barclays Premier League games remain at the heart of the company’s broad offerings, which also include the FA Cup, home nations World Cup Qualifiers and England home friendlies, the Scottish Premier League, top-flight boxing, Indian Premier League Twenty20 cricket, US PGA golf and exclusive rights to the UFC.
