The second Merseyside derby from Anfield, as Liverpool face neighbours Everton in an eagerly-anticipated encounter. Rafa Benitez’s Reds are leading the table at the moment but will face a strong cup examination from their local rivals in a repeat of the 1986 and 1989 finals.

UFC 93 – Saturday 17th January

Franklin v Henderson is the undoubted main event on the UFC calendar. Ranked numbers two and three in the UFC’s middleweight division, the fight will take place at light heavyweight level as Franklin continues his bid to hunt down Forrest Griffin.
